Shipping Information
- We only ship within Canada and the continental United States.
- We do not ship to P.O Boxes, military addresses, or international freight-forwarding addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.
- Standard shipping takes 2-6 days, but could take up to 15 depending on destination and holiday.
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday morning.
Customs and Duties
All shipments outside of Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us. Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover non-refundable payment processor costs. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Fraudulent Transactions:
If you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately. If we identify a transaction as potentially fraudulent and do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order may be canceled.
Returns Policy
All Pokémon card sales are final and non-refundable.
General Returns
Eligible non-Pokémon items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in new, original condition. Items returned without original packaging may incur a 5% restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Delivery Issues
Package Responsibility:
Incorrect Shipping Address & Missed Deliveries:
Please ensure all information is correct at time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address or missed deliveries. If your package is returned to us, you have two options:
Receive a refund for the item (excluding shipping costs).
Pay an additional fee to have the item re-shipped.
Liability:
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage. Please contact the courier directly with tracking details.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders reserve upcoming items. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page, but delays can happen and are out of our control.
Important:
Your card will be charged at checkout to reserve your item. If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once everything is ready. Please place separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped now. Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or price-adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
