Returns Policy

Pokémon Trading Card Game Products

• All Pokémon TCG products (sealed packs, booster boxes, and single cards) are final sale and non-refundable.
• Sealed boxes cannot be returned. Minor cosmetic damage (such as dents, creases, or edge wear) may occur during shipping and is not considered a defect.
•  We cannot guarantee specific cards or pull rates from sealed packs or boxes.
  

Other Products

• Eligible non-Pokémon items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if in new, original condition. Items returned without original packaging may incur a 5% restocking fee.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
