Shipping policy

Shipping Information

  • We ship within Canada and the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or freight-forwarding services. Orders using these addresses may be canceled.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, occasionally up to 3 business days. Orders placed Friday–Sunday typically ship Monday.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 2–6 business days. Delivery may occasionally take up to 15 business days due to distance, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
  • Large or heavy items may sustain minor cosmetic damage during shipping; please consider this before purchasing.

Customs and Duties

  • Orders shipping to the United States may be subject to customs processing. Standard import duties are included in shipping. Additional fees imposed by customs (inspections, storage, administrative fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

Cancellations 

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us. A 5% fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processor costs.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
