Shipping Information
- We ship within Canada and the continental United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or freight-forwarding services. Orders using these addresses may be canceled.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, occasionally up to 3 business days.
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday.
- Standard shipping usually takes 2–6 business days. Delivery may occasionally take up to 15 business days due to distance, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
- Large or heavy items may sustain minor cosmetic or outer box damage during shipping; please consider this before purchasing.
Customs and Duties
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us. A 5% fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processor costs.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Fraudulent Transactions:
If you suspect fraudulent activity, contact us immediately. Orders flagged for potential fraud may require additional verification before shipping and may be canceled if verification cannot be completed.
Returns Policy
Pokémon Trading Card Game Products
- All Pokémon TCG products (sealed packs, booster boxes, and single cards) are final sale and non-refundable.
- Sealed boxes cannot be returned. Minor cosmetic or damage (such as dents, creases, or edge wear, etc.) may occur during shipping and is not considered a defect.
- We cannot guarantee specific cards or pull rates from sealed packs or boxes.
Other Products
- Eligible non-Pokemon items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if in new, original condition. Items returned without original packaging may incur a 5% restocking fee.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address & Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts.
- If a package is returned to us, you may:
- Receive a refund for the item (excluding shipping), or
- Pay an additional fee to have the item re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Responsibility transfers to the recipient once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
- We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact the courier using tracking information first. If unresolved, we will assist with an investigation.
- Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Claims after this period may not be accepted.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders reserve upcoming items. Estimated ship dates are listed per product. Delays may occur.
- Payment is charged at checkout. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items ship once all items are ready. Place separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped immediately.
- Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be price-adjusted. Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee.
